Taos Women's Lucy Sandal - Comfortable Leather Casual Sandals for Summer | Perfect for Beach, Travel & Everyday Wear

I usually take a 7.5 so I ordered the 7-7.5 and they fit as I expected. I would prefer if they had a 7 1/2 size, but this type of sizing seems pretty common for this type of shoe in other brands, as well. I have back problems and need something supportive and comfortable and these work well for me. They have just enough heel that it's not "too much" for me, but they're dressier than plain flip flops and still super comfy. This is the first pair of Taos I've purchased, but I do believe I will be getting more in the future.I purchased this Taos thong sandal and I have two others pairs of Taos and love the support they provide the arches of my feet....and they are comfortable. However, it's been a while since I've worn thong sandals and it is taking me some time to get used to these. It is a little tight between the big and "index" toe and the material irritated my second toe so much I have had to cover it with "doe skin" and that has helped. I will wear these on occasion but not for long periods of time or if I have to do a lot of walking. They will never be worn and liked as much as the other pairs I have.I really like Taos shoes and have multiple pairs. Gave these a 4star only because they took a little time to get used to the piece between my toes. It seems a little wider than other shoes of this type that I have worn. Overall the shoe is comfortable, footbed is cushioned and supportive plus I like the way they look. Comfort and style!I loved these shoes so much when I got them that I quickly ordered a second pair. They are the most comfortable sandal I’ve ever worn. Unfortunately after 2 months they broke and are unusable. I kept the second pair in case the first one breaking was a fluke. I hope to get a lot more use out of this pair, but I’m skeptical.I have a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis and these are the ONLY shoes I can wear right now besides my cross trainers. All my other shoes hurt my feet. (even my Danskos) I had bought a pair of these in black and ended up buying another pair in camel. They do run a half size small and also narrow although the strap is adjustable. I had tried so many other brands but they all flopped around on my feet. (or they were ugly) The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the soles have these ridges and little pieces of stuff gets stuck in them which I'm always having to pick out with a toothpick. These shoes are not cheap but for me it was worth the price tag!! Thank you Taos!I owe several Taos boots, but this is my first pair of sandals, and I am very happy to report I love it. It is still cold season in New England, so I only wear it at home, but so far it has been really enjoyable. Arch support makes it very comfortable and the velcro width adjustment is perfect for keeping the feet in place, making the sandals great for walking. I highly recommend them and will likely buy another color for the summer.The shoes were great but run small. Had to return. Stars based on store...Seller takes quite some time to refund, and original box and external box are required to return. Additionally, the refund is a girt card to this store. Not to Amazon as a whole. Didn't realize that when I purchased. Just FYI. Quality shoes and well packaged, but quirky return rules.Cute sandal, great color & design. Returned only because I need more arch support than these provided.I bought for my sister she love it .
